HOW IT WORKS.

Data is sent from your legacy software to the Doc e Serve Server.

Doc e Serve receives the raw data and interrogates the data to see if it should process. If Doc e Serve should process, it will not require any operator intervention. Doc e Serve will automatically format the data, add from overlays, logos, signatures, bank MICR information and many other features.

Doc e Serve then sends the data with the appropriate processing to local or network laser printers. Data can even be sent from a second type of platform (i.e. AS400, Unix) and software to the Doc e Serve.

Doc e Serve is a modular based system. This allows you to invest the Document Automation Tools (DAT) that are needed for your processing today and to allow you to add the DATs you need as technology changes.

• Store and Reprint DAT allows users to archive, preview and reprint documents.
• Sorts and Reports DAT will allow users to sort documents for output and produce custom management reports on any field(s) in the database.
• Job Flow Control DAT will allow you to direct output to any printer on the network for distributed printing and the option to split a file to multiple printer at the same time to increase printing speeds.
• Translator DAT will reduce confusion about hard to understand abbreviated fields by converting them to user-friendly field names.
• Messaging DAT will improve customer service by allowing you to add communications down to the individual level.
• MICR DAT will allow users to produce Checks and other MICR documents complete with the bank MICR line, signature(s), and check processing reports.
  
• Manual Check DAT will allow System Administrators to fill in an print manual checks for on-demand check printing.
